Job summary

Ranger Energy Services is seeking a QHSE Advisor II to manage day-to-day Health, Safety, and Environmental programs. The role requires adapting to office and outdoor environments under various weather conditions and tight schedules, including nights and holidays.

With 4+ years in QHSE in oil and gas and OSHA knowledge, you will drive compliance, audits, training, and incident investigations while coordinating with management and field teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QHSE roles; oil and gas experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and government safety requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• QHSE certification such as OHST, ASP, CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Assist during customer QHSE audits and liaise with customers.
• Monitor safety practices and encourage safe work habits.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions with management.
• Coordinate training and maintain employee training records.
• Support emergency response and return-to-work procedures.
