Job summary

Solenis Fort Scott, KS is seeking a QEHS Manager to direct the integrated Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety system at the Fort Scott manufacturing facility. You will lead the team to ensure high-quality cleaning products and maintain EH&S programs, reporting to the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience; chemical processing preferred.
• 3-5 years of people leadership experience.
• Proficient with SOPs, batch records, MS Office and production systems.
• Strong knowledge of safe chemical handling, PPE, and LOTO; ability to read P&IDs, SDS, and technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications through audits.
• Develop and administer site Training Program.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Maintenance on QA processes.
• Develop and execute internal audit schedule.
• Deliver plant Quality KPIs through SOP adherence and training.
• Provide technical leadership for Root Cause Analysis on safety incidents and quality excursions.
