Job summary

Solenis is seeking a QEHS Manager for its FortScott, KS manufacturing facility to lead the integrated Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety system and ensure high-quality cleaning products. You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering and Maintenance to drive QA processes and audits.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Chemistry with 3+ years in manufacturing and 3–5 years of people leadership, and is proficient with SOPs, batch records, ERP/MES, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment; chemical processing preferred.
• 3–5 years of people leadership (lead, coordinator, or supervisor).
• Proficient with SOPs, batch records, Microsoft Office and production systems (ERP/MES).
• Strong technical understanding of chemical reactions, safety and handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications via audits.
• Develop and administer site Training Program.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering and Maintenance on QA processes.
• Develop and execute internal audit schedule.
• Deliver plant Quality KPIs through SOP adherence and training.
