Job summary

Solenis LLC in Fort Scott, KS, is seeking a Quality/Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) Manager to lead the integrated management system for the site. This role ensures the production of high-quality cleaning products while maintaining a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering and Maintenance to develop QA processes, perform internal audits, and drive root cause analyses for safety incidents and quality excursions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing; chemical processing preferred.
• 3–5 years of people leadership experience.
• Proficiency with SOPs, batch records, MS Office and ERP/MES.
• Strong understanding of safe chemical handling, PPE and LOTO.
• Ability to read P&IDs, SDS and technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated QEHS management system for the Fort Scott site.
• Develop and administer site QA, EH&S programs and audits.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering and Maintenance on QA processes.
• Drive root cause analyses for safety incidents and quality excursions.
• Ensure staff training aligns with ISO requirements and regulatory standards.
