Job summary

Solenis, Fort Scott, KS, seeks a QEHS Manager to lead the integrated Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety system. This role directs safety culture, QA processes and regulatory compliance to ensure consistent, high-quality cleaning products for customers.

The position reports to the Plant Manager and requires knowledge of ISO standards, safety protocols, and strong leadership in a manufacturing setting. Onsite work in Fort Scott, KS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience; chemical processing preferred.
• 3–5 years of people leadership (lead, coordinator or supervisor).
• Proficient with SOPs, batch records, MS Office and ERP/MES.
• Strong knowledge of safe chemical handling, PPE, and LOTO; read P&IDs and SDS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications through audits and programs.
• Develop and administer site Training Program.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Maintenance on QA processes.
• Develop and execute site internal audit schedule.
• Provide technical leadership for Root Cause Analysis of safety incidents and quality excursions.
• Manage departmental budget with Operations Manager.
