Job summary

Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD with 8–12+ years in pharma/biopharma.
- Experience in analytical method transfer, validation, and lifecycle management.
- Experience implementing analytical technologies, automation, and digital lab solutions.
- Knowledge of GMP, data integrity, and regulatory expectations for QC labs.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the site QC technology and innovation strategy aligned with Global Quality.
- Develop roadmaps for automated, low-touch testing across the network.
- Drive automation, digital solutions, and tooling to modernize QC workflows.
- Oversee method transfer, validation, and implementation for new products and lifecycle changes.
