Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals seeks a Director of Quality Control to lead QC testing for Chemistry and Microbiology across raw materials, in-process, and finished products at multiple sites. This role drives compliance with cGMP, regulatory expectations, and continuous improvement.

The position leads a team, partners with global QC labs, and advances automation, data integrity, and workflow optimization to support product launches and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• Master or PhD preferred in related disciplines.
• 12+ years in pharma with CGMP/Regulatory experience.
• Experience leading lab projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience implementing automation and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QC testing for Chemistry and Microbiology for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Lead laboratory operations, compliance, modernization, and continuous improvement.
• Drive digital transformation and automation in QC to improve data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external QC laboratories and Supply Chain partners.
• Support regulatory inspections and CAPA management.
