Job summary

Cineverse Giant Worldwide is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Team Lead to oversee daily frontline QC operations for digital video content and physical media, ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all projects.

You will coordinate technician workflows, triage requests, mentor QC staff, and partner with Engineering, Operations and Client Service to improve workflows and tooling. 5+ years in digital video/QC plus leadership required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital video, media operations, post-production, or Quality Control environments.
• Experience leading, supervising, or managing employees in a media operations or QC environment.
• Understanding of video compression and codecs used by VOD platforms and broadcasters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC operations and prioritize workloads to meet delivery deadlines.
• Manage technician scheduling, shift coverage, and workload distribution.
• Forecast resource requirements, turnaround times, and delivery risks.
