Matchpointis an award-winning, AI-powered, automated media supply chain that transforms how media and entertainment companies manage and deliver streaming video assets. It was developed to address the challenges facing studios and content owners due to rising costs, complexity, and scale, by replacing manual, labor-intensive workflows with an intelligent, end-to-end system that works across hundreds of global FAST, AVOD, SVOD and CTV platforms via the product suite – Dispatch(content onboarding and delivery), Blueprint(app building), and Insights(analytics) – which provides real-time control, transparency, scalability, and operational efficiency. With the recent additions of Giant Worldwide and IndiCue, Matchpoint uniquely combines automation, enterprise-level execution, and advertising technology – going beyond traditional infrastructure to provide enhanced monetization, real-time content optimization, and high-volume distribution.

  • Review technician findings, rejection reports, and defect documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring QC Technicians and temporary staff.
  • Develop and maintain workflow documentation, SOPs, training materials, and client-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate handoffs between shifts to ensure visibility into project status and outstanding issues.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations and Client Service teams to improve workflows, tools, and automation initiatives.
  • Support technical escalations and specification questions related to content quality, metadata, and platform requirements.
  • Confirm technical delivery requirements and client specifications prior to final release.
  • Submit reports and maintain accurate project tracking documentation.
  • Abide by content security requirements and company policies, including restrictions on personal devices within secure work environments.

  • Ability to work with minimal direction while managing a heavy workload.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to switch among different tasks day to day and with work schedule.
  • Enjoy work in a fast-paced environment.
