Job summary

Zoetis is seeking an Associate QC Systems Specialist to serve as SME for QC digital systems such as SAP, zLIMS, Binocs, and Veeva Vault. The role focuses on maintaining accurate master data and upholding biological testing specifications to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will work with Production, QA, Regulatory, GMT and Supply Chain to prioritize tasks, improve systems, and support continuous improvement as a self-starter. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in scientific discipline or business with 0–2 years experience (SAP/zLIMS experience highly desired).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to interact positively with colleagues at all levels, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• SME for QC digital systems including SAP, LIMS, Binocs, and Veeva Vault.
• Maintain current biological testing specifications and master data accuracy in the system.
• Ensure compliance with regulations including 9CFR and European Pharmacopeia; support sample receipt and stability testing.
• Maintain appropriate cGMP documentation and follow Zoetis Quality Standards, Policies and Procedures.
