Qualifications

• MasterControl experience a plus; cGMP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming material receipt packets to assess testing needs.
• Schedule sampling of raw materials and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate testing with internal and external labs and review results.
• Assist with preparation of material certificates for QA review.
• Perform routine data generation and problem solving; escalate issues timely.
• Support CAPA, deviation investigations, and audit responses as needed.
• Order/restock laboratory and office supplies; attend scheduling meetings.
• Coordinate training for new hires on sampling processes.
