Job summary
Catalent Pharma Solutions in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking an Associate Scientist II to join our Quality Control team. The role executes and documents cGMP QC testing, operates basic to moderately complex QC equipment, reviews data for accuracy, and enters results into the LIMS system.
This on-site position emphasizes meticulousness, clean room discipline, and adherence to SOPs. Bachelor’s or associate level candidates with life sciences background are encouraged to apply; 1–6 years of industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related life sciences field with a minimum of 1 year of industry experience.
- Associate Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related life sciences field with a minimum of 4 years of industry experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily testing assignments within set deadlines
- Perform assigned testing each day
- Carry out lab cleaning duties on a weekly or monthly basis
- Perform preventive maintenance on instruments
- Dispose of any expired materials
- All other duties as assigned
