Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in airport and/or highway construction quality control.
• Experience supervising Quality Control Technicians and developing career paths.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control functions at assigned project(s).
• Develop and implement quality control standards and inspections per customer specs.
• Develop QC/QA Technicians and monitor their work.
• Evaluate resources to meet quality goals.
• Coordinate with project leadership to drive safety excellence.
