Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, oversight and team leadership for Quality Control Microbiology.
• Assist in developing team members by mentorship and communicating with Quality Control Leadership on team performance.
• Develop and improve current processes to maintain and control QC functions.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and SOPs.
• Perform laboratory walk-throughs and ensure readiness and control of spaces.
