Job summary

INCOG BioPharma Services is seeking a QC Chemist to join our team in Fishers, IN. The role supports the QC Chemistry lab, collaborating with the QC Chemistry Manager and transfer scientists to enable readiness and routine testing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in biopharma GMP QC, strong methods knowledge (UHPLC/HPLC, GC, UV-VIS, TOC), and a commitment to ALCOA+ data and GDP practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
• 3+ years in biopharma; GMP/Quality Control in regulated env.
• Hands-on GMP QC testing experience.
• Experience with FDA/EMA expectations for QC.
• Strong data integrity and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support routine and batch-related testing per validated methods.
• Assist in sampling and testing of incoming materials.
• Create/revise SOPs and documents for lab equipment/processes.
• Participate in investigations/deviations and provide SME support.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on methods/equipment and investigations (Deviations and OOS).
• Execute routine lab work orders and calibrations.
