Job summary

Randstad USA in Norwood, MA is seeking a QC Microbiology Associate I – Environmental Monitoring & Critical Utilities to support clinical and commercial manufacturing operations on-site. The role focuses on environmental monitoring, WFI sampling, and gas sampling in a GMP environment.

Shifts run Wednesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM with a 4-day, 10-hour work week and 15% shift differential. Ideal for STEM grads with hands-on QC microbiology experience and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (0+ years of GMP QC lab experience).
• Hands-on familiarity with particle counters, viable air samplers, gas equipment, and aseptic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine environmental monitoring, including EMPQs, and sampling for WFI and compressed gas.
• Manage data entry, review, and trending using LIMS; support Deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls.
