Job summary

Threshold Enterprises seeks a warehouse worker in Scotts Valley, CA. The role moves materials and finished goods within the facility and requires safe operation of power equipment and adherence to GMP/SOPs. You will assist with labeling, inventory in Navision, and teamwork to ensure efficient product flow.

Applicants should have at least one year in a warehouse setting, a CA driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 75 lbs. HS diploma or GED is required, with a minimum age of 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and finished product within the facility.
• Sticker materials with disposition status as needed.

• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Summary of Job Duties:

• Complete tasks- primary goal is to move materials and finished product internally and in system.
• Secondary tasks to sticker materials with the disposition status.
• Use of power equipment safely and following company guidelines when performing assigned tasks.
• Maintain all necessary workflow procedures, including but not limited to company inventory management software (Navision) and company databases.
• Follow all GMP and SOP procedures.
• Support team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of product – Technical Analyst, Sampler, Lab, Production, QC-IP.
• Maintain condition of work area free of trash, product in correct location and safe work environment.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold management. [This must be listed as the last work activity function requirement

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• HS Diploma or GED Required
• One year of experience working in a warehouse environment
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License. Must be trained to operate power equipment within 90 days of hire.
• Must be eighteen years of age.

Skills and/or Training Desired

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. in a physical environment.
• Accurately performs multiple operational tasks assigned to a team member.
• Basic Math Skills
• Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
