Job summary

Threshold-Enterprise is seeking a dependable Material Handler in California to support internal material movement and order fulfillment. You will move materials, label items with disposition status, and operate power equipment safely to ensure accurate inventory flow.

The role requires a HS Diploma or GED, 1 year of warehouse experience, a valid CA driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Training on power equipment occurs within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and finished products within the facility and into the system.

• Support teammates to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and safe work environment.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Threshold management.

Summary of Job Duties:The Material Handler is responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the internal movement and transfer of material. This may include the following functions: operating power equipment, picking materials, status labeling, and transporting. Associate is responsible for the efficient flow of product from the point of receipt to internal and external customersSpecific Job Duties:Complete tasks- primary goal is to move materials and finished product internally and in system.Secondary tasks to sticker materials with the disposition status.Use of power equipment safely and following company guidelines when performing assigned tasks.Maintain all necessary workflow procedures, including but not limited to company inventory management software (Navision) and company databases.Follow all GMP and SOP procedures.Support team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of product – Technical Analyst, Sampler, Lab, Production, QC-IP.Maintain condition of work area free of trash, product in correct location and safe work environment.Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold management.
