Job summary

You will develop inspection methods, program CMM/vision systems, read blueprints with GD&T, and support CAPA investigations in a hands‑on manufacturing environment. Direct hire with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in dimensional and visual inspection of machined products.
• Minimum 3 years in supervision/management.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T understanding.
• Familiarity with CMM/vision systems and inspection equipment.
• Knowledge of medical device materials and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train QC Inspectors and coordinate daily inspection activities.
• Perform first article, incoming, in-process, and final inspections of machined products.
• Develop and maintain inspection methods and records; program CMM/vision systems.
• Read blueprints and verify GD&T requirements against specs.
• Maintain measuring instruments, verify calibration status, remove out-of-calibration equipment.
• Support CAPA investigations and nonconformance with teams and vendors.
• Suggest improvements to inspection processes, product quality, costs, and operational efficiency.
