Job summary

Eurofins USA Genomic Services is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Laboratory Technician I for a Tue–Sat, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm shift in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on daily product analysis, with authority to release or reject, and involves equipment maintenance and calibration alongside adherence to quality systems.

The position requires a BS or equivalent, ability to follow procedures, and a team-oriented, detail-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Teamwork with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily analysis of manufactured product and decides release or rejection.
• Maintains and calibrates equipment used in analysis and ensures proper operation.
• Keeps accurate production records and follows Quality System standards.
• Adheres to health, safety and regulatory policies and uses PPE as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
