Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Indianapolis, IN, United States is seeking a QA Lab Technician for second shift (02:00pm - 10:30pm), Monday to Friday. You will ensure safety, report data, and conduct tests such as Particle Size and Morphology in a fast-paced lab environment.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy. Prior QC lab experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft O365 suite with moderate to strong computer skills.
• Effective problem solver and able to work safely and under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workflow with initiative and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• QA Lab technicians must adhere to impartiality and integrity.
• Previous experience in Quality Control lab environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in all areas of work.
• Report and interpret data within the laboratory management system; communicate with production and lab leads.
• Perform testing including Particle Size, Chemistry, Flowability, Density and Morphology.
• Maintain laboratory equipment through service, calibration, and upkeep.
• Support Nadcap, AS9100, and ISO 13485 audits as necessary.
• Adhere to Plant and Quality Lab Policies and Quality Policies.
