Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in North Royalton, OH, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to operate in a highly structured lab environment, following SOPs and safety rules while handling analytical instrumentation.

You will record data, discuss results with teams, and help meet production and quality goals through continuous improvement initiatives; shift includes 2nd shift. Candidates should have an associate degree in a technical field and be proficient with MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a technical field is required
• Experience in laboratory or production plant environments, especially QA
• Ability to plan, prioritize and execute laboratory schedules while maintaining accuracy and compliance

Responsibilities

• Work in a highly structured laboratory environment following SOPs and safety protocols
• Make independent decisions based on analytical results and ensure timely throughput of products
• Operate instrumentation such as ICP-MS, GC’s, FTIR and standard blenders
• Record and document analytical data in process logs
• Comply with ISO 9001:2008 directives, calibration, documentation and safety requirements
