Alphanumeric is hiring a QC LAB TECHNICIAN to work in Waverly, NE with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.

Responsibilities include:

1. Conduct sampling and testing of micro, environmental monitoring, and support activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
2. Develop knowledge of policies and procedures, perform routine testing and sampling in microbiology laboratories.
3. Understand applicable cGMP requirements, laboratory processes, and procedures, including documentation practices (GDPs) and other regulatory standards.
4. Maintain all training requirements for assigned tasks.
5. Work independently and in teams to meet objectives, KPIs, and QPIs.
6. Understand and communicate with internal and external customers effectively.
7. Contribute to projects and continuous improvement efforts.

EHS Responsibilities – All Associates

• Comply with Environment, Health, and Safety guidelines.
• Report unsafe conditions, injuries, illnesses, and hazardous materials releases.
• Wear personal protective equipment and attend EHS training.
• Follow safe work procedures.

Quality Responsibilities – All Associates

• Adhere to Quality Compliance standards, including Data Integrity, QA, and QC.
• Follow QMS policies and regulatory requirements.

Education

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma required.
• Associates Degree or higher in a Science-related field preferred.

Experience

• Prior lab experience preferred.
• Experience with cGMP and basic sciences.
• Experience with microbiology, especially environmental monitoring.
• Experience in educational settings is suitable; recent grads are encouraged to apply and do not need on-the-job experience.
