Ortec is seeking a QC Analyst I to perform daily laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products. You will support routine laboratory tasks, including environmental monitoring, calibrations, sampling, and data integrity per SOPs.

Responsibilities include pH, Viscometers, FTIR, UV-VIS, GC, and LC analyses, plus documentation, investigations, and regulatory compliance in a cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with 5+ years of laboratory experience (chromatography experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field with 1-2 years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform chemical testing using analytical instrumentation and wet bench techniques.
• Perform minor troubleshooting of testing and instrumentation and write minor laboratory investigations.
• Sampling of raw materials for QC Lab testing and for raw material release.
• Maintain accurate lab notebooks and ensure documentation complies with SOPs.
• Support QC audit readiness with understanding of FDA and ISO regulations.
