Position Summary

Ensure all maintenance actions, including documentation, are carried out in accordance with approved data and in an airworthy manner. Responsible for preliminary, routine, and in-process inspections on aircraft and/or components to determine serviceability and airworthiness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform incoming preliminary inspections on aircraft/components as per customer request cards or manufacturer's manuals.
2. Ensure maintenance documentation complies with FARs, Repair Station Manual, and Customer's Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program.
3. Complete final buy-back of maintenance performed.
4. Conduct in-progress inspections, including clearance-to-close, torque verifications, dimensional checks, rigs, etc.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant License required.
• Minimum of three years heavy aircraft maintenance experience or equivalent education and experience.
• NDI and previous QC experience highly desirable.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit, use hands and arms, talk, hear, and focus on close objects. Also required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. May need to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $30.00 to $44.50 hourly, exclusive of benefits and bonuses. The position is eligible for quarterly bonuses. We offer comprehensive health, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) with employer matching, and other benefits.
