The Role

What you will accomplish

• Oversee quality assurance processes at job sites.
• Collaborate with field teams.
• Detail oriented documentation to ensure quality control and compliance is maintained.
• Ensure precise construction standards are met at job sites.
• Contribute to large-scale ground-up and high-end tenant improvement (TI) projects.

What we would like you to have

• Proficient in Procore software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to travel to major job sites outside the Phoenix area.
• Experience managing both large and small-scale projects.
• Skilled in working with subcontractors.
• Strong background in commercial construction.
• Well-versed in structural systems.
