Job summary

PetroSea seeks a QA/QC professional in the United States to implement and supervise QA/QC practices across construction and operations. You will ensure compliance with the company quality policy and related Quality Management System requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering with at least 1 year in QA/QC, plus familiarity with oil & gas, marine construction, and plant operation. Strong documentation skills and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Min. 1 year experience in Construction QA/QC.
• Familiarity with QA/QC in oil & gas, marine construction and plant operation.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management System and ISO standards.
• Proficiency with QA/QC tools: TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard.
• Experience with Document Management System.
• English language proficiency is an advantage.

Job description

• Prepare and assist implementation of QA/QC function, documents, and deliverables management, by providing support and execution to project and works within EPM department. Main objective is to ensure, maintain, develop, all QA/QC practices are implemented in accordance with company quality policy and relevant Quality Management System compliance

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 1 year previous experiences in Construction QA/QC execution which, with thorough comprehensive knowledge for QA/QC practice in construction and operation
• preferably having familiarity and experiences to QA/QC implementation upon oil and gas sector, marine construction and plant operation sector
• Full comprehensive knowledge for Quality Management System, ISO 91 and implementation
• Good knowledge in Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.
• Thorough understanding for Document Management System
• Team workers and organizing people
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
