Job summary

INTERMOOR is seeking a Quality Management professional in Bismarck, ND, to oversee project assignments and ensure compliance with the Quality Plan. The role involves maintaining quality documentation, performing audits, contributing to vendor selection, liaising with clients, and producing performance reports. Candidates should have strong experience in Quality Management to enhance project success and supplier evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Undertake specific project/contract assignments as directed by the HSEQ Manager.
• Ensure that all project personnel are aware of the Quality Plan requirements.
• Develop and maintain contract specific quality documentation.
• Perform internal and external Project/Contract related audits.
• Contribute Quality Management input to bid evaluation and vendor selection.
• Review and endorse vendor documents regarding Quality Management.
• Lead investigations of Quality Management failures relating to Project/Contract.
• Liaise with clients' Quality Assurance Personnel.
• Produce reports on Projects/Contracts Quality Performance.
• Assist in supplier selection processes including pre-qualification assessments.
• Co-ordinate inspection requirements in line with Project/Contract requirements.

• Assist in supplier selection processes including pre-qualification assessments; bid evaluation, quality appraisals.
• Co-ordinate inspection requirements in line with Project/Contract requirements
