Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years as a Fiber Optic Technician with hands-on field experience.
- Proven fusion splicing expertise and fiber termination skills.
- Experience with OTDR, OLTS, VFL testing and documentation.
- Ability to read fiber optic schematics, blueprints and installation drawings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all QC activities from plan creation to project close-out.
- Perform splicing, termination, and certification on fiber networks.
- Manage documentation, as-built drawings, and test results.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working at heights and in outdoor sites.
