Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Senior QA/QC Lead to coordinate and supervise quality activities across construction disciplines at our site in Kentucky. You will ensure compliance with the Project Quality Plan, ITPs, and quality procedures while coordinating with Construction, Engineering, Client, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills and a willingness to work on a roster basis at the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC within EPC, mining, minerals processing, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or coordinator position.
• Familiar with international codes and standards (ISO 9001, ASME, ASTM, AWS, API, IEC, etc.).
• Experience managing multidisciplinary construction quality activities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work on a roster basis at site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise QA/QC activities across construction disciplines.
• Ensure implementation of Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and quality procedures.
• Monitor inspection activities and verify compliance with approved specifications, drawings, and standards.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Client, and subcontractors regarding quality matters.
• Review and maintain quality records, inspection reports, NCRs, and punch lists.
• Lead investigation and resolution of quality issues and non-conformances.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Prepare quality reports and provide quality performance updates to project management.
• Ensure all turnover documentation is complete and properly maintained.
• Promote continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the project.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs & responsibility, including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements & procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
