Job summary

DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a QA support professional in Sharonville, OH to provide technical chemistry support and ensure adherence to quality specs and safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with QA, plant management, production teams and EHS.

Qualifications include 1–3 years in wet chemistry testing, SPC, data analysis, and strong problem-solving; an ability to communicate across locations and lead QA initiatives is essential.

Qualifications

• One to three years of wet chemistry testing experience.
• Statistical Process Control, Data Analysis, PC skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in technical matters.
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel at multiple locations.
• Ability to take a leadership role in all Quality Assurance matters.
• Able to excel in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Employs safe work habits and complies with all applicable safety requirements.
• Provide daily production support including testing, adjusting and disposition of raw materials, products and packaging.
• Works closely with Quality Assurance, Plant Management, Production Teams and EHS to ensure overall quality and safety of products produced and distributed from the Sharonville Plant.
• Provide technical support with regards to waste minimization, environmental compliance, and timely disposition of returns, discrepant product and materials.
• Utilize SPC methods in data collection, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action effectiveness and cost saving/avoidance analysis.
• Any other responsibilities delegated by the Quality Assurance Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the QA Manager, the position is responsible for providing technical support regarding the chemistry of products, adherence to quality specifications and compliance to safety, regulatory and environmental rules and regulations.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Full-Time, 40 hours a week
• Start/End Time: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
