Job summary

USA – DuBois Chemicals, Inc is seeking a QA chemist to provide technical support on product chemistry, ensure adherence to quality specifications, and help maintain safety, regulatory and environmental compliance at the Sharonville plant.

The role requires wet chemistry testing experience, SPC/Data Analysis skills, and the ability to lead QA matters in a team environment while collaborating with QA, plant management, production and EHS.

Qualifications

• One to three years of wet chemistry testing experience.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in technical matters.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel across locations.
• Ability to lead Quality Assurance matters in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily production support including testing, adjusting and disposition of raw materials, products and packaging.
• Work with QA, Plant Management, Production Teams and EHS to ensure quality and safety.
• Provide technical support regarding waste minimization and environmental compliance.
• Utilize SPC methods for data collection, root cause analysis and CAPA effectiveness.
• Handle other QA duties as delegated by the QA Manager.
