ALDO Group in New Jersey is seeking a Sales Lead to drive sales, coach the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience on the floor and across channels.

You will lead by example when management isn’t on the floor, keeping operations smooth and the customer satisfied. This role requires a fashion-forward mindset and hands-on leadership during peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and back store tasks.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has a great experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.
