Job summary

Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is seeking a QAD Support Analyst to serve as the escalation point for complex QAD ERP issues.

You will diagnose system errors, optimize configurations, and support users across supply chain, manufacturing, and finance operations to keep business processes running smoothly. You will troubleshoot advanced QAD ERP issues, assist modules like O2C and P2P, review custom code, advise on configurations, manage escalations, and contribute to testing, UAT, and knowledge base

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
3–5 years in enterprise support with QAD focus.
Solid understanding of end-to-end ERP data flows.
Proficient in Progress 4GL/ABL, Linux CLI, and Progress DB.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve advanced QAD ERP issues across modules.
Support end-users in Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Production, Inventory.
Review, debug, and trace custom code to isolate ERP bugs.
Advise on QAD parameter settings, workflows, and configurations.
Handle high-priority cases and escalate Level 3 issues when needed.
Support testing, patching, and UAT cycles.
Create and maintain KBs, runbooks, and training docs.
