Responsibilities

• ERP System Implementation: Lead the implementation of ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on QAD, across various processes.
• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their operations and business requirements. Identify gaps and recommend solutions for process improvements.
• System Configuration: Configure ERP systems, particularly QAD, to meet the specific needs of the client. Customize modules to align with business processes.
• Data Migration: Assist in the planning, mapping, and execution of data migration from legacy systems to QAD ERP systems.
• Training and Support: Provide end-user training and develop documentation to ensure efficient use of the ERP system. Offer ongoing post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize usage.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing manufacturing processes using ERP functionalities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, production, and supply chain, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Address any functional issues within the ERP system, providing timely and effective solutions.
