Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. in Little Rock, Arkansas, seeks a Quality Assurance Tester to ensure the reliability of our cloud-based judiciary software. You will develop test plans, automate API tests with Playwright, and collaborate with Platform Engineers to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires a BS in Computer Science and hands-on experience with .NET unit testing, React testing, and AWS environments. Onsite work in Little Rock is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience as Quality Engineer or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and non-functional testing.
• Perform testing and debugging of new and existing application software.
• Design, execute, and automate API testing using XUnit and Postman.
• Collaborate with developers and Platform Engineers to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Identify and report defects, track and prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and test automation.
• Develop and evolve test plans for complex applications.
• Deconstruct solutions into tests that optimize for coverage and risk.
• Create trusted test automation with high reliability and relevancy.
• Extend test automation frameworks to incorporate new functionality.
