QA Tester With 4-5 Years Of Experience

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, ensuring robust and scalable automation solutions.
• Conduct thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, to identify defects and ensure software quality.
• Participate in API testing to validate data integrity and system interactions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and quality goals.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug tracking system (e.g., TFS/Azure DevOps).
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to established QA processes and standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies and processes.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, understanding and contributing to workflow by (WfB) principles within the agile framework.
  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4-5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for test automation development and execution.
• Demonstrable exposure to Medicaid systems, regulations, and workflows.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with test case management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., TFS/Azure DevOps).
  
  

"Good to Have" Skills and Experience (Plus Points):

• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
• Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps for work item management and tracking.
