QA Tester With 4-5 Years Of Experience

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, ensuring robust and scalable automation solutions.
Conduct thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, to identify defects and ensure software quality.
Participate in API testing to validate data integrity and system interactions.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and quality goals.
Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug tracking system (e.g., TFS/Azure DevOps).
Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to established QA processes and standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies and processes.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, understanding and contributing to workflow by (WfB) principles within the agile framework.

Required Skills and Experience:

4-5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for test automation development and execution.
Demonstrable exposure to Medicaid systems, regulations, and workflows.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
Experience with test case management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., TFS/Azure DevOps).

"Good to Have" Skills and Experience (Plus Points):

Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.
Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps for work item management and tracking.
