Job summary

UNICOM Technologies Inc. seeks a senior Quality Engineer to lead end-to-end testing across multiple applications and domains in a healthcare payer context.

You will define testing strategies, coordinate SIT/E2E/UAT activities, and ensure traceability from requirements through production validation. The role requires 10+ years in quality engineering, 5+ years guiding large E2E programs, and deep experience with Facets and payer processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Quality Engineering and Testing experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale E2E testing programs.
• 5+ years with the Facets healthcare system.
• Experience managing complex multi-application and multi-vendor testing engagements.
• Strong expertise in test planning, execution management, defect governance, and release validation.
• Experience with Healthcare Payer platforms and processes: Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Provider, Billing, Care Management, Prior Authorization, EDI.
• Experience with distributed onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Jira, qTest, Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Support knowledge transfer, transition activities, governance reviews, and stakeholder reporting.
• Present testing status, risks, mitigation plans, and go/no-go recommendations to leadership.

• Strong experience with Healthcare Payer platforms and processes, including:

• Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders.
