Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of testing experience.
• Strong experience in Facets Testing, particularly in Claims, Membership, and Provider Module.
• Exposure to the US Healthcare domain (Payer/Provider) is required.
• Exposure to US Healthcare domain (Payer/Provider)
• EDI exposure is a plus
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Hands-on testing in Facets applications is required
• Ability to work in a contract role with stakeholders across teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing efforts with onsite and offshore teams.
• Conduct hands-on testing of the Facets application.
• Ensure quality and compliance in claims, billing, membership, and provider modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test strategies and plans
• Mentor junior testers and track testing progress
• Engage with clients and translate requirements into test scenarios
• Ensure quality deliverables and timely project milestones
• Communicate risks and issues clearly to project leadership
