Job summary

Data Capital Inc. is seeking an experienced Functional Test Lead with strong expertise in Healthcare Payer systems and the Facets platform.

The role focuses on leading functional testing assessments, discovery workshops, and testing transformation initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and readiness. You will assess current testing capabilities, define a future-state organization, and partner with business stakeholders and delivery teams to implement roadmaps and governance frameworks that

Qualifications

10+ years in Functional Testing or Quality Engineering.
5+ years leading testing programs or teams.
5+ years hands-on experience with Facets healthcare administration system.
Strong understanding of Healthcare Payer business processes and ecosystems.
Experience in functional discovery, due diligence, testing assessments, and operating model evaluations.
Experience with testing processes, coverage, traceability, defects, and UAT practices.

Responsibilities

Lead functional testing assessments and discovery workshops.
Define a future-state functional testing organization and governance.
Collaborate with architecture, automation, performance testing, and TDM teams to build transition roadmaps.
Develop KPIs, governance models, and transition plans for testing programs.
