Job summary

Lentech, Inc. is seeking a QA/Test Lead to drive a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform-based CMS for government legal services. The role centers on building a robust test strategy, managing end-to-end testing, and enforcing evidence-based acceptance criteria across multiple teams.

The candidate will lead automated testing within Azure DevOps, ensure traceability from requirements to tests, and govern defects to protect data integrity and compliance. Public trust eligibility and U.S.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA/testing experience.
• US citizenship and eligibility for a public trust.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform testing.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of GCC/NIST SP 800-53 in high compliance environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Test Management across domains (configuration, security, workflow, integration, reporting, migration, non-functional resilience).
• Maintain traceability from requirements to design, backlog items, tests and results.
• Enforce defect governance with Severity levels impacting releases.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collect evidence.
• Drive automated testing within Azure DevOps to validate configurations and adapters.
• Ensure evidence delivery before acceptance of work products.
