Job summary

Strategic Innovation Group is seeking a QA/Test Lead to verify a new analytics platform for a federal client. You will own test strategy, data sets, and defect-tracking to ensure data lands correctly, rules fire accurately, and dashboards show correct figures.

You will lead UAT with client staff, develop sample data, and coordinate with data engineering to validate quality metrics while integrating tests into CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years QA/testing; 1+ year leading test planning/execution.
• Experience testing ETL/data pipelines and analytic outputs; SQL validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategy and master plan for data ingestion, quality, analytics, and UI controls.
• Build synthetic test data and validate platform outputs against source systems.
• Design and execute integration, regression, and acceptance testing; automate where possible.
