Job summary

Energie Noire in the United States is seeking a QA Test Lead to define the test strategy, coordinate end-to-end testing, and drive automation to improve efficiency and quality. You will lead testing activities across projects, design test cases, ensure documentation, manage a team of testers, and collaborate with nearshore teams while ensuring traceability and continuous improvement.

Fluent in English; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.

• Proven project management experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies (functional, regression, performance).
• Select and implement testing techniques and tools, leading Test Automation efforts.
• Lead and monitor testing activities across one or several projects.
• Participate in test design.
• Ensure robust documentation standards for test cases and scenarios and facilitate test workshops.
• Plan test runs and manage a team of testers with operational reporting.
• Ensure traceability and drive defect backlog resolution.
• Propose improvements to testing activities and processes.
