Millennium Print Group, based in Raleigh, NC, seeks a QA Technician - Slitter to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support to ensure safe, efficient operations on the slitter line.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ year of related experience; mechanical aptitude and teamwork are highly valued. Overnight shift offers competitive hourly compensation and benefits.

We're looking for a QA Technician - Slitter to join our team. Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | Overnight (~7p - 7a)

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

Summary

The QA Technician - Slitter supports production operations by assisting with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repair activities, and operational support to help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing performance.

This role provides hands‑on experience working with production equipment while receiving training and mentorship from experienced technicians. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and interested in building a long‑term career in manufacturing maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Review production schedules and job requirements to prepare for daily assignments.
• Assist with operating, maintaining, and supporting slitter equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs.
• Help install, calibrate, and adjust machine components as needed.
• Use hand tools and mechanical equipment to repair or replace components.
• Support equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams and maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues.
• Complete maintenance documentation and production records accurately.
• Record labor and materials in company systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
