Brakebush Irving is hiring for a full-time QA/FSQA support role in Irving, TX. The position emphasizes product sampling and rigorous testing across chemical, microbiological, and physical aspects to ensure quality and safety. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, English literacy, and willingness to work overtime as needed. Applicants must pass pre-employment screening and physicals as part of our quality program.

Qualifications

• Display positive attitude and team work skills.
• Must complete a pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist.
• Must be able and available to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts product sampling as well as chemical, microbiological & physical testing.
• Basic comprehension of speaking, reading & writing in English.
• Write neatly and clearly on all paperwork and data entries.
• Maintain and clean assigned tools and work areas.
• Communicate deviations from process or specs to supervisor.
• Support production with quality control and food safety tasks.
