Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. seeks a QA Technician for our Texas plant to assure product quality and safety. You will monitor microbiology, perform lab tests, calibrate equipment, and ensure test results meet GMP and SQF standards.

You will also manage documentation and assist with quality improvements. Requirements include 3–4 years in quality within manufacturing, a lab background, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years in quality within a manufacturing environment, preferably food & beverage.
• Laboratory experience required.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF; certifications ideal.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety, GMPs and PPE; maintain lab cleanliness.
• Monitor microbiology, in-process quality and water treatment per schedule.
• Ensure accurate test results and calibrate lab equipment.
• Conduct product tests and determine disposition when on hold.
• Prepare and send product samples; coordinate with OEM vendors as needed.
