Job summary

Sharp Services is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure GMP compliance during labeling, assembly, and packaging. You will verify batch records, perform line clearance verifications, adjust AQL sampling quantities, and collect samples as needed throughout production.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate documentation, reviewing deviations, maintaining cleaning logs, and reporting any abnormal observations to supervision. An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Detailed oriented; able to follow GMP procedures and batch records.
  • 1 year of related pharmaceutical experience or training.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations related to cGMPs.
  • Knowledge of quality control/assurance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good math skills (basic arithmetic).
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
  • Good organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure batch record documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Read and understand process steps within batch records for compliant packaging.
  • Review batch records for deviations and related actions.
  • Ensure room/equipment cleaning logs are completed.
  • Pull Finished Goods and special samples as required in batch records.
  • Support operations by completing line clearance verifications after cleaning activities.
  • Notify supervision of any abnormal occurrences.
