Winona Foods is seeking a QA Technician I for the second shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm) at 1521 Brookfield Avenue, Green Bay, WI. The role focuses on day-to-day testing, analysis, inspections, and reporting to support safe, quality cheese production.

Responsibilities include calibrating equipment, performing allergen testing, log-keeping, and ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance while contributing to a team-driven work environment with full benefits and growth opportunities to Level II.

Responsabilités

• Follow Winona Foods policies and GMPs.
• Conduct QA testing and inspections per procedures.
• Calibrate and verify test equipment and record results.
• Perform label verification of finished products.
• Maintain logs and data records for lab results and holds.
• Assist with in-process testing and troubleshooting.
• Review batch records and ensure proper temperatures/times.
• Report major issues to management.
