Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician Level 2 for a temporary role in Manawa, WI, through December 2025. You will join the Quality Assurance team to support product integrity and safety, bringing attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills.

Shift is 2nd, Mon-Fri, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, with a pay rate of $24.70 per hour. Responsibilities include testing ingredients and finished products, documenting results, inspecting equipment, and monitoring temperature and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Basic computer skills and ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
Ability to pass sensory tests with an approved rating.
Minimum of 6-12 months experience in a related field.
Valid Driver’s License; HACCP certification may be required.

Responsibilities

Test and qualify ingredients, premixes, blends, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Document results and identify quality issues, placing products on hold as necessary.
Inspect and maintain equipment and areas for cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
Familiarize yourself with and utilize various testing methods and equipment.
Monitor temperature and humidity controls to ensure optimal product conditions.
