ST Engineering in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician who is detail‑oriented and dependable to support daily QA surveillance across aircraft maintenance lines and ensure compliance with critical processes.

In this role, you will perform daily quality assurance surveillance across aircraft maintenance lines, identify and report discrepancies, document results, and help ensure key maintenance processes remain compliant.

Responsible for the accomplishment of daily quality assurance surveillance activities to verify compliance with key processes or elements associated with the aircraft maintenance function, and report the results from the surveillance to middle and senior management.
Working knowledge or ability to acquire skills in the following:
Under the general direction of a supervisor. Normally performs duties after receiving general instructions as to methods, procedures, and desired end results. There is some opportunity for discretion when making selections among a few, easily identifiable choices. The assignment is usually reviewed upon completion.
Good interpersonal skills are required to maintain an effective relationship with co-workers and supervision.
Must be able to cope with the stress and mental exhaustion associated with having to verify several elements across multiple aircraft lines on a daily basis, employee confrontations, and long work hours.
High School Diploma or GED required
Must possess basic computer skills and be able to use basic functions in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
3-months working experience in a factory, warehouse, or repair shop setting.
